Trihaven Capital is a boutique property development finance business that specialises in investment secured via legal charges on real estate throughout the South-East of England.
Our aim is to provide strong risk-adjusted returns to stakeholders by investing in a range of residential property developments, with project lifecycles typically lasting 12 - 24 months.
We only work with companies who have undergone our strict due diligence procedures and can provide security that we deem adequate for the investment. All security is held by an independent security trustee.

Our team of professionals have a wealth of experience across the financial services and real estate sectors.

We have previously established and run a credit hedge fund with over $3 billion dollars of assets under management from institutional investors. Additionally, our team members hold Barrister-at-law and Chartered Accountancy qualifications and have a deep understanding of financial and property markets.
